Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service is via 1st class Royal Mail and costs £2.99.

Our orders are dispatched the same day (If ordered before 3pm and excluding weekends and public holidays), orders placed after this time will be posted the following working day.

Delivery estimates are between 1 and 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), however at peak times of year (i.e. Christmas) it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.

A signature  may be required, so please ensure you’ve selected an appropriate delivery address and that someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

We cannot accept delivery preferences such as ‘leave in porch’ as these are not possible when using a signed for service.

Please be advised, if you are not available to receive your order and do not collect it from your local delivery office and it is returned to us, you will be charged another delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again.

Economy Delivery

We offer an economy delivery for all orders of £20, items using this service are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail and the estimated delivery date is 2 – 3 working days.

Large Parcels

When orders are too large or too heavy for us to send via Royal Mail, we will use a courier to deliver your order.

Delivery times are between 2 to 3 working days when shipped via this method. You will be able to track your order when sent via a courier, the tracking information will be sent to you at the time of dispatch via email.

International Delivery

We regret that we cannot offer any delivery options overseas at this time.

Invalid and Incorrect Addresses

While we attempt to validate the postal address, occasionally orders are placed with incorrect or invalid addresses.

Should an invalid delivery address be provided and your order has not been delivered  and is returned to us, you will be charged a delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again (The postage costs will be confirmed upon contact). Should you request a refund, we will refund your total order value, minus any delivery costs.

Likewise, should an incorrect delivery address be provided and we have not been notified before the dispatch of the order, you would be required to place a new order with the correct delivery details, as in this instance we are unable to guarantee the order will be returned to us. We will however refund the initial order costs (minus any postage charges) if the first order is returned.
